BALANCE WALKING PROGRAM: 
The "Balance Walking Movement" is a fit for life program that involves a complete system that will help you adjust to a life style that is right for a healthier more active you, with as little as fifteen minutes per day.
Balance Walking is an initiative program from Foot Solutions combining two of our most popular products. As a health and wellness company we know the importance of good exercise. Balance Walking is a great way to get the most out of your daily workout.
The core of the balance walking way is based on Nordic Pole Walking using a specially designed Chung Shi shoe that's helps accelerate the benefits of Pole Walking while also improving your body alignment and muscle toning. You will engage your core muscle groups while improving your balance and physical well being.
Balance Walking Class Schedule:
Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The Secret of Staying Motivated
Part of our Balance Walking Plan is to help you stay motivated. The secret to staying motivated is to form a realistic physical fitness goal. For example, committing to 15 minutes per day, everyday, is achievable and realistic. Each day after your activity, keep track by logging your minutes using the Presidents tracking program. We have found that this is a great way to accumulate and chart progress, create excitement and camaraderie among Balance Walking Clubs. Balance Walking Groups can also compete against each other or compete as teams. Attending group walks and events will improve your form and help keep you motivated to accomplish your personal goals.
